1. Program Description
Simply Social Dancing offers SMS communications to students and prospective students who have voluntarily opted in through our website or registration forms.
By opting in, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages related to:

Lesson Registration
Registration for classes, private lessons, workshops, and dance events is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submitting a registration request does not guarantee enrollment until confirmed by Simply Social Dancing.
Private Lessons & Wedding Lessons
Private lessons and wedding dance lessons are scheduled by appointment.
Students are encouraged to arrive on time.
Late arrivals may reduce lesson time if another appointment follows.
Class Attendance
Students are responsible for attending the classes they register for.
Missed classes may not be refundable unless otherwise approved by Simply Social Dancing.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Private lesson cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as far in advance as possible.
Class schedules, instructors, or event locations may occasionally change due to weather, instructor availability, facility requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
Simply Social Dancing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes when necessary.
Dance Events & Off-Premises Locations
Simply Social Dancing conducts classes and events at multiple locations throughout northern New Jersey.
Event venues may include community centers, dance studios, private facilities, restaurants, or event halls.
Students are responsible for following the rules and policies of each venue.
Simply Social Dancing is not responsible for policies established by third-party facilities.
Physical Activity Disclaimer
Dance is a physical activity.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
If you have a medical condition, injury, or physical limitation, consult your physician before participating.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in dance classes, lessons, workshops, and social events involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, collisions, strains, sprains, or other injuries.
By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Social Dancing, its owner, instructors, employees, assistants, and hosting venues shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses arising from participation except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Photography & Video
Photographs and videos may occasionally be taken during public classes, workshops, or dance events for educational or promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify Simply Social Dancing before the event.
Private lessons and wedding choreography sessions will never be recorded or shared without your permission.
Intellectual Property
All choreography, instructional materials, lesson plans, photographs, videos, logos, website content, and educational materials are the property of Simply Social Dancing unless otherwise noted.
They may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
