Dance Classes
Students are taught specific dance steps, and have a chance to practice these steps with other students.
My beginner classes are free for intermediate students.
Intermediate students inspire new students and helps them to learn more quickly.
In addition, group classes are less expensive than private lessons. Students learn the fundamentals of a dance: step patterns, rhythm, lead & follow, and good technique.
Private lessons are useful for fine tuning how you dance: grace, balance, and refining your lead & follow.
It is very easy for students to form a false impression about their dancing ability when only dancing with a teacher.
Dancing with other students is a good test for how well you are really doing.
